Little Caesars Pizza - Canton

I could leave 0 stars. we recently have a great job for my sonny birthday party. we started with the delivery of pizza and realized that there was something in the diligent. what it looks like was moldy to be honest. we called the load to find out if he was safe or if we should bring him in. we are asked if they use black dye for the Batman pizza and whether a part of the dye has reached a non-Batman pizza. they said it was safe to eat and their machines sometimes leave a residue in the diligent. we tried to make ourselves clear what the residue was, but they didn't know. we asked to talk to the manager to get more clear and to ask for a refund or to replace it for a new batch due to our care to make and mold. the manager was rude and hung us up. I feel like it's a valid one, because it's eating too spoiled smell. some pizza was eaten before we realized that there was a problem with the teig and then got sick the next day. I wouldn't buy pizza from this place again. at least what they would have done was replaced by the pizza concerned. I don't think we were rude or inappropriate.

I rarely give a one star review but I can find very little positive things to say about this store. The employees are not customer friendly. The first incident was I had made an order on the app, I went to pick it up and noticed they had a drive thru so I went drove thru to be told that I was not allowed to pick up there and had walk in to get it.. the second time I ordered through the app it malfunctioned and did not give me a code to get my pizza out of the portal and was to that they couldn't give it to me without a code even though I showed where I had ordered and paid for it on the app. The third time I ordered with the app I ordered and paid for several pizzas for my daughters birthday several hours in advance with a set pickup time. I went to pick them up and I had to argue with an employee and a manager because they couldn't find the order even though I showed them on the app that they were ordered and paid for. After 30 minutes they finally started to make the order which made me late getting back for the party. This last time I called in and made a small order they told me 30 minutes before it would be ready... no problem... I show up to pick up my order and they didn't have the order again and after 15 minutes of them trying to figure it out and me showing I did call the right store for the order I had to wait for them to make it. I order ahead so I don't have to wait and still with this store that seems to be what I do

I stopped in to get me and my fianceé some lunch she likes them cheesy bread and I like the thin crust pizza, on my way out I saw on the wall that they had brownies with cookie dough on top I got four of them for like $3 and some change, the dude behind the counter was professional, courteous, and quick. The cookie dough brownies absolutely slamming... The pizza and cheesy bread also completely slamming even if just a little less than the cookie dough brownies... I recommend everyone eat that for lunch tomorrow and perhaps every day after that for the rest of their lives (except for on their birthdays on their birthdays they should eat something different that's just weird)...lol

They were out of stock on every hot and ready imaginable I mean they were kind of busy but it's fast food you should be prepping while you're slow especially with hot and ready supposed to be hot and ready when you go in but they also did not honor my T-Mobile Tuesday thank you coupon for a buy one get one free hot and ready pizza every other Little Caesars does but that one I mean the manager said that they're not supposed to so said the lazy man at the counter who had by far the worst customer service I have ever seen pizza was good but the service was s

What's the point of saying hot and ready if you never have anything made? always a wait. always late on having orders online ready.
