I occasionally use DoorDash to order from this restaurant, and I always have a great experience. The staff has a wonderful attitude, and they go above and beyond to stay on top of everything.

I don't go very often but every once in a while I'll stop and get an iced coffee or tea. The service used to be pretty good and I never had any issues, but lately every single time I order something the staff is incredibly rude. I understand customer service sucks but there's no reason to be rude like that for literally no reason. I haven't had too big of an issue with my drinks except an unusually long wait time when I'm the only person in the drive through and the parking lot is empty, but I don't really see a reason in continuing to order anything when the staff can't even show any sort of hospitality. A big part of customer service is basic respect for your customers ?‍

Staff is ungodly rude. If it wasn't for the service it would be a pretty good place.

99.9 percent of the staff is extremely rude they either tell you they are out of things because they are too lazy to make what you order or because they DO NOT know how to inventory. If I could give a ZERO STAR rating I most definitely would. I am there daily and it has just gottin consistently worse..after today I WILL NOT be back..maple leaf coffee in Canton now will have 100 percent of my business..when u call and ask for corporate number you get hung up on. If this is the type of service everyone gets I don't see how they are still in business..especially after a once again price increase. DEFINATELY NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!
