Dunkin' - Canton

I usually don?t complain, but I?ve been coming to this Dukin since they opened because it?s convention a clearly the only one around. The drinks have always been fine, most majority of the time the customer service is terrible. I?ve had multipleinstances of being over charged, rude customer service and this morning I go to get a small iced latte and I didn?t hear theprice she said after she swiped my card so I was waiting for her to give me my receipt along with my debit card and she handedme my debit card and said have a nice day, I proceeded to ask for my receipt as she was throwing it away. I then got herattention and asked for my receipt and she said yes one minute and continued to pick through the garbage can and after sittingthere for 7-8 minutes and no one saying anything just picking through garbage can I left. Customer service sucks

It was terrible, waited 25 minutes for 4 oreo cappuccino n they only had 2 finished, we got our money back, we were 3rd in line,.!!!!!!!

It was ok. My egg was cold in the middle and the hash browns were burnt

I never leave reviews but I go to this Dunkin about 3 times a week. every time it gets progressively worse. This morning I waited for someone to take my order for 10 minutes at the menu. There was 1 car in front of me and 4 behind me. When I got tothe window a guy took my card and I paid. I sat there for another 10 minutes when he finally came back clearly extremely high,eyes half closed and said ?did I take your card already?? I said yes???? I just need my tea.? (I literally only ordered a largeunsweet iced tea). And then another 5 minutes later he comes back with it. I understand it can be busy and generally do not mindwaiting.. But this was absolutely ridiculous.

If ordering a box of Joe allow 20 min for them to make one pot of coffee at a time to fill it. . Has to be a better process for this. Made me late for work
