Dunkin' - Canton
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood coffee spot offers convenient drive‑thru and delivery options but suffers from inconsistent service. Customers report long waits, occasional rude staff, and frozen‑drink stations shut before advertised hours, sometimes resulting in refunds. Conversely, delivery orders often arrive well handled and praised for friendly service. Uneven management and hospitality make delivery the safer bet, while in‑person visits can be hit or miss.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I visit this Dunkin' about three times a week, and the service has steadily worsened. This morning, I waited 10 minutes at the menu for someone to take my order. There was one car ahead of me and four behind. When I finally reached the window, an employee took my card for payment. Then I waited another 10 minutes before he returned, looking disoriented with half-closed eyes, and asked, “Did I take your card already?” I said, “Yes, I just need my tea.” I had only ordered a large unsweetened iced tea. Another five minutes passed before he finally handed it to me. I understand it can get busy and usually don’t mind waiting, but this experience at Dunkin' was completely unacceptable.
If you're ordering a box of Joe, be prepared to wait about 20 minutes since they brew only one pot of coffee at a time to fill it. There has to be a more efficient way to handle this. It ended up making me late for work.
