My family and I love Culver 's. So much so that we patronize the Canton, MI location multiple times per week. Unfortunately we will not be returning. The last three visits there have resulted in our meals being prepared wrong. The last time it happenedwe requested to speak to a manager. He apologized for the inconvenience and stated he would add my name to a list for a freemeal (to replace one of the meals we 'd already paid for that was prepared incorrectly). We returned today and spoke to adifferent manager who stated she couldn 't do anything about it and unfortunately would not be able to honor the other manager 'spromise. We provided his name and explained the situation. She then stated I 've told them to stop doing that. I wasn 't here soI can 't do anything about it . As previously stated, we patronize Culver 's multiple times per week. We are never looking for free meals . We spend a lot of money at this location. Unfortunately, Google reviews reflect that we aren 't the only customerswho have had issues here. This location needs corporate intervention quickly.
Always a tasty, hearty meal that is only slightly overpriced. Their mushroom Swiss burger competes with any I 've had at other eateries, and their cheese curds with marinara are always a forgivable sin. Tasty ice cream dessert slections. An ever energeticcounter staff wanting to please that I 've dubbed the Jack Russell terriers of the customer service world ! Wonderful familyatmosphere with plenty of people watching fun at peak hours! :
The Spicy Chicken from Culver's menu was as fresh and flavorful as always. Initially, the root beer from the drive-thru tasted flat, so I went inside to get a fresh cup, which was much better. Culver's is clearly doing their best, and overall, I had a great experience.
I love Culver’s, but the new Canton location is struggling to meet expectations. I understand the staffing challenges and waited until my third visit to share my experience. This time, both my son’s and my Double Deluxe burgers, ordered with everything except onions, arrived with almost no toppings. I tried calling about ten times with no answer, so I drove back to request new burgers made correctly. They checked my receipt but didn’t apologize—instead, they just handed me a bag of condiments. It was very disappointing. On top of that, when I ordered milkshakes, we were only given cups of ice cream. I want to stay positive, but it’s hard given these issues. This seems like a clear management problem rather than a fault of the staff, who can only operate within the standards and training provided by the organization. Hopefully, the restaurant can get back on track and offer the quality menu items we know and love from Culver’s.
Average experience, 3 out of 5 stars. I ordered the single Mushroom Swiss burger basket, which included fries and a drink. The burger patty was very thin, similar to a White Castle slider, with only a small slice of Swiss cheese. There were hardly any mushrooms, and no sauce, making the burger very dry. I regret not taking a photo. I wouldn't order it again. The fries were the highlight—hot and tasty when picked up. The drink cup was mostly filled with ice, so there was hardly any soda left after a few sips. The total cost was $10.17, which I don't think is worth it. I'd rather spend $11 on a full lunch across Ford Road at Szechuan or get a better meal at McDonald's.
