Chili's Grill - Canton

We sat at the bar. our service was fun and amazing at the same time. our food was absolutely delicious. 5/5 sure! we had 4 adults and 14 years old, greeted at the bar. love it

I realize this is a bold statement, but IMO: Chili's, hands down, has the absolute best chips and salsa of any major chain restaurant.Anytime I get a chance to dine at a Chili's, I jump at the opportunity. The prices are amazing, portions are great and staff are always friendly.

I first came here for lunch in 2018 after hearing the TV commercials. I ordered the chicken quesadillas, which tasted really awesome. Recently, I've had the steak quesadillas and the chicken fajitas. They tasted great as well.I highly recommend eating at Chili's. They have great food, and awesome commercials.

My fiancee and I went back to this establishment to celebrate our first date. And I must say..alot has changed in 3 yrs. The food was good but the service was **** poor compared to our prior experience. My lady ordered there 6.00 margaritas and the waiter gave us the most expensive one because he wanted a higher tip according to the Manger that we spoke with. The issue wasn't the bill..the issue was not getting what we ordered. We definitely will not return for our next celebration due to the lack of poor communication. In closing..the drinks are completely the same color but different liquor!

I give Chili's a 4/5 due to some of their staff! I love their burgers! However, when I go there to pick up my order, I have been ignored and even snapped at by the staff when they confused me with DoorDash and the other delivery services. The other night, I placed a pick up order o line, and when I got there, I waited for almost 8min before anyone talked to me. Several servers saw me, and when I made eye contact they walked away as fast as they could. The kitchen people did the same. Last night, I placed another order the the Rancher burger. The bar tender saw me, and withing a minute, he called me over to help me while I saw servers jet the other direction. The burger was awesome! The majority of the help here, not so much!
