They have seats for couples and families. they have special prices for children and seniors. the staff is friendly and helpful. eating is always good and meals come with unlimited rolling or cookies. child-friendly: they have a menu for children and a colouring activity for them. Parking: lots of parking space and disabled parking.

Order was placed day before Thanksgiving dinner for two...I waited in line to pay for order...payed then waited over 30 min for a order that was called in a day ahead...I took in to account Turkey day busy...then when a manager finally gets involved she acted like I was the problem...never raised my voice...only said it shouldn't take over 30min to get a order that was placed ahead of time....this was the BobEvans in Canton Ohio Tuscarawas St.....food was good once they got it as it was for my elderly aunt and her son...the manager sarcastically said as she handed my order to have a Happy Thanksgiving....we will avoided this BobEvans location

The new manager Thomas has done his job well I had the best turkey Dinner ever super fresh awesome dinner rolls. I had issues a few months back but they truly made it right and I would definitely return. Its all about who's running the show and the people working there awesome job to the whole staff!

I just am disappointed period. We have been going for years but now the food is over cooked badly,eggs never right it takes a team the cook and waitresses need to get it together. I mean example if they our food is up and your toast is literally burnt!! Why are you bringing it out ?? Say you need another order of toast ??‍??‍ .Don't even order carry out it will be a nightmare and if you dare call and complain they tell you our general manager will be in blah day he can take care of you ok you call and they offer a free meal meanwhile I ordered 4meals three of them were wrong and I never got my 2sides of gravy that I paid for. Just so disappointed the bad thing is they had 4 workers back there ,a couple of people inside and they highlights everything that's in bag but it's not. Need a new method for sure.

Went here today to have brunch with my in laws and my children and husband. The place wasn’t very busy at all about noon. The hostess went to seat us and the table she went to sit us at was very dirty not even cleaned yet. She did apologize (things happen I didn’t mind at all) had us go back out and she wipe it down. Once she came back to get us and sat us all down at the big table they have there, the middle tray still had used creamer from previous people being there, well, decided still to shake it off. We ordered our food, waitress very kind did great! Unfortunately, the food quality was not good at all. Got the everything breakfast bowl they have, nothing like the picture on the menu but what really is anymore. At least could’ve had my cheese melted though. I was very discouraged in the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant. Spending $100 for our family to eat is allot. My whole family agreed I was a bit embarrassed to take my in laws there . We won’t be back . Go to Cracker Barrel way better and cleaner!
