What Serendipity doesn't like about Blue Hills Grille:
The restaurant has a fantastic location and the waitstaff is attentive, but the quality of the food is inconsistent, particularly the French fries, which are seldom served hot. I appreciate that the menu changes frequently, but I wish there was more attention to detail in areas that could be easily improved. View all feedback.
Waited over an hour and no food. Restaurant was less than 1/2 full. No aplogies, no explanation. So we left. Will never go back.
Everything was very good, Unfortunately the loud music was a turnoff, however our server, Kristen(? was accommodating.
Blue Hills Grill is a quaint establishment. The food is delicious and portions large. The only issue we had was that it took two hours for service for four people with a nearly empty restaurant!
Food was good. Sara was an excellent bartender and server. Fairly pricey for the amount of food they give you. I’d go back for the service.
It was a great experience. The staff was friendly and made A worthwhile experience. The environment was very nice and accommodating.
