The Choc Pot - Canterbury

Actually, it was expensive, tasteless and bad. I ask a boba edible milk tea and it tasted nothing, pearls were old and left there. too sweet, my bf got a milkshake and that it wasn't so bad, but what to say next.

On a Friday night there were only 2 people behind the counter. waited almost half an hour for a hot chocolate that was warm and churros. there were 6 small undercopper churros and had to pay an additional $3,50 for a tiny tub of dip chocolate. all on, the visit costs $25

I always had a good experience and good quality eating of the choc pot. the last 5 orders I made about uber eats, however, were disappointing overall. I don't want to sound small, but I have always clicked on the vanilla ice add-on as it is an option to be added to my dessert. but each time they missed the brand and have always forgotten to include the ice. I am glad that she at least refunded the $3 but that not exactly what I expected and ordered so it was a pretty disappointing experience. if they will not view the add-ons when it comes to creating the order of a person, do not add it as an option.

We ordered through Uber eats for the kids and had to cancel the order after waiting one hour and the poor driver wasn’t getting any response from this store as to how much longer the order would be. We could not even call this place as there was no contact number and they also go by another business name “The waffle factory”. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
