It... read more We made a mini holiday in Canosio and, after visiting many inns in full, we booked a dinner in this small restaurant, which also serves bar and selling food. It was a real surprise! Dinner was delicious, with local and top quality products. For two tris of appetizers, two first, one second, a dessert, a coffee, wine and water we spent only 42€, with a nice and professional service. Try! We will definitely come back.

But on the square next to the town, on the main road there is this place that deserves, and it is worth!, a stop: apparently a bar, turns out to be a great place of refreshment, with associated small market of essential products and specialty of the area. We stayed for a lunch but then we gladly made the bis with a dinner. Managed by young people, all with courtesy, welcome, attention and care that goes beyond any expectation. In the kitchen an equally young cook that prepares traditional dishes and also innovative made with taste, capacity and inventiveness. Always abundant portions with low prices. BRAVI VERAMENTE and GRAZIE!!! You have to stop when you go to Canosio!

On the road there is this bar/restaurant/bottega, where you can find a family management that offers breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, dishes few but well executed, excellent tajarin with white sauce and roasted with potatoes, homemade cakes and you can see) well executed. The staff is very fast, helpful, welcoming, the small but clean and characteristic. In a corner there is a small market and you can also buy the wools of the precious alpaca. A very pleasant stop at a very good price! Also recommended for the good will of those who try to keep the mountain alive with creativity and a smile, things that are not at all discounted these days
