Subway - Canora
Subway
Description
In a recent examination of a popular Subway location, customer experiences reveal a stark divide. Many diners expressed dissatisfaction with rude staff and declining food quality, noting stale buns and poor vegetable options. Dirty facilities further compounded the negative impressions, leading some patrons to seek alternatives for their meals. However, a vocal minority praised the restaurant's offerings, highlighting friendly service and consistently enjoyable subs. While some leave with frustration, others appreciate the health-conscious menu and convenient access. This mix of experiences suggests significant inconsistency, raising questions about management and overall customer satisfaction at this Subway outlet.

The service was quite disappointing. The staff member we encountered had poor manners and displayed unprofessional behavior. He lacked the skills to communicate effectively and manage customer interactions. This incident occurred during the evening shift with a South Indian employee. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
I can’t believe how the quality of the food has declined. It’s hard to mess up a sub, but they managed it with stale, dry buns, old onions that should have been thrown out, and frozen vegetables. The bathroom was also filthy. I guess it’s time to start packing my own lunches again.
