They were on time and answered all my questions. I appreciate good service and if people are friendly. They were both!!!

Absolutely no supervision at all. Went a few days ago and ordered a apple pie concrete. I was told they were out of the pie chips. Not sure how you run out of ingredients but I understand it happens. So tonight I called and asked if they had gotten the apple pie concrete back in stock. The girl said yes, I went on to tell her why I was asking and explain that they were out and just wanted to make sure they had it. She assured me they did. So, naturally I head up there and order my kids stuff first (which they messed up a simple mango ice... how?! then my wife and I?s. You know what happened? Yeah, you guessed it, they were still out. She told me they didn?t have it. Had I known they didn?t have it, we would?ve gone to another one. Of course it was too late for us to make it to another store before it closed... So, to sum this up, I really appreciate the owners putting high school children in charge of their business. Shows how much they care about the customers that pay for their home, car, kids college, and vacations every year.

They say on the website that you can call their phone number to find out what the flavors are for today. I did call specifically on 6/8 at 5:54 PM EST for this reason. Some folks in my family have some allergies that I wanted to make sure there was something safe to eat here. When I asked if they could tell me what flavors they had available for today they replied no . Bruster 's here we come!

I love this place because of the quick and accurate service and the rotation of all of the delicious and addicting ice flavors; and not to mention the 30% off discount for all hospital workers when you show your work ID. Makes me feel a bit better for a healthcare employee who isn't getting hazard pay lol ?????

My custard got fudge and peanut butter sundae was the best with taste,size and price. The young man was very pleasant and nice. Need more people with his manners in working places.
