What User doesn't like about It's Boba Time:
Terrible service. Workers could not understand what I asked – quite certain that they were high, because the amount of times I repeated to a stupid face was ridiculous. When I tried to confirm my order (less tea, more milk, because I'm caffeine sensitivity) with a girl and she couldn't understand what I meant, another woman said, she'll see it again and when I got it, it was PURE tea with a splash of milk. It's Boba time! Never tried this place before, but was hankering for a drink snack (boba is both) after a walk through the mall a little. The line was LONG! But moving at a decent pace. Options of slurries, smoothies and milk teas. Cash said milk teas aren't dairy is that true? Milk is in the name... I ordered a jasmin milk tea with Boba.
