What Alanna Nader likes about India Sweets and Spices:
The food is really delicious and you get a lot for your money. I order the $10.99 lunch special and it makes at least 3 or 4 meals. It includes three sides and a generous part of herbal rice or jasmine rice (I get half and half) as well as, as chapati, a crispy bread, a samosa and wonderful diving sauce. Your Vegan Halva is also fab and is offered on Wednesday and Sunday. View all feedback. What Eula Nienow doesn't like about India Sweets and Spices:
Restaurant is very Unhygienic, flies everywhere, if we ask them to clean they will get upset and service will be more pathetic! Restaurant counter is super rude! They don't care about people...food is super salty and un-fresh. Restaurant person looked so damn frustrated!! And forGrocery store is good, have plenty of option but is SUPER expensive!! ?? But I liked those staff better than restaurant. Anyways, m not goi... View all feedback.

The restaurant's food is described as flavorful and plentiful, with many vegetarian options available. Customers also note the inconsistency in service quality, with some servers being friendly and attentive, while others are rude and unprofessional. Despite some shortcomings, the restaurant's Canoga Park location is highlighted as a standout, offering a taste of authentic Indian cuisine that rivals homemade dishes.
