These guys were not kidding when they said their platters were designed to fill your guests without the need for breads and salads! I had to cater for 14 people on 2 catamarans, the seafood was delivered on Monday for Wednesday eating when it got to Wednesday the feast we had was simply incredible and it was FRESH AS! Honestly, the freshest tastiest seafood ever! and sooo much we had left overs!, condiments out of this world, the seaweed topping on those oysters were to die for! We are all Sydney Foodies and we were all saying it was the best tasting seafood we have ever eaten. Thank you sooo much we will be recommending your business to who ever asks :

What an amazing seafood experience! We were truly impressed by the quality and freshness of the catch. We grilled it on the BBQ and relaxed while watching the sunset, feeling quite pleased with our decision to embrace this fantastic option. Our experience with Fishi, from start to finish, was excellent, and they offered helpful suggestions to accommodate our needs. If you're able to cook while on Hamilton Island, this is a must-do!
