We went for an early dinner around 3:30 in the afternoon. There was hardly anybody else there. Our server was nice. The onion rings were underwhelming but other than that the food was good. They have a fireplace that we were able to sit next to and it was a nice and relaxing environment. View all feedback.
What Onie Strosin doesn't like about Bill's Tavern Brewhouse:
I enjoyed the appetizers specifically the oyster shots and the fried oysters. The calamari was ok as was the clam chowder... but the beer selection was Meh. The server was awesome and attentive and I would definitely choose 3.5 stars if that was an option. View all feedback.
During our visit, I took a break from my group to enjoy a delicious Blonde brew. After reuniting with my family, I convinced them to have dinner at Bill's - and we were not disappointed! We started off with a variety of drinks, including Pints, Prosecco, CC Red Blend, and shooters. For dinner, we were impressed by the extensive menu offering everything from seafood to burgers. Our group ordered a variety of dishes, including Fish Chips, New England-Style Clam Chowder, Cobb Salad, Albacore Tuna Sandwich, and the Fisherman Stew. Bill's has been around since 1932, a testament to their quality and consistency. This locally owned and operated eatery is a must-visit for both landlubbers and seafarers. If you find yourself in Cannon Beach, make sure to dine at Bill's.
My wife and I decided to give this place a try. Previous times we had visited Cannon Beach, it was always very crowded. Today, it was busy but we were seated right away. I ordered a Blonde Ale which was delicious, while my wife enjoyed a local Merlot. We shared the 5-piece Halibut meal and were blown away by how tasty it was - probably the best halibut we've ever had. It was moist, perfectly breaded, and served hot. The music playing was all 80's Classic Rock, which we loved. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend it.
Good location, near beach, quick service, average fish chips. Decent beer selection.
A solid place for lunch and beers, with a relaxed feel to the place. The food was good, and they have a good selection of beers made on site. Dog friendly seating out front, which is limited.
The service was friendly and quick. The root beer and local beers were fantastic. The seafood stew was delicious and a generous portion, enough to serve two meals or two people.
