The food was decent, but the service was lacking. The seating area didn't feel very clean with sticky chairs and tables. It was an average dining experience, as indicated by the name which suggests it's just okay, not outstanding. I got what I expected based on their reputation.
This was definitely not the usual experience I've had at this restaurant or others in the chain. I will be contacting the corporate office via email to inform them that this particular restaurant is not up to the standards of the rest of the chain. One more chance. (I am not affiliated with this restaurant, just a satisfied customer)
This was the worst dining experience of my life. My partner and I went for a nice dinner, but the restaurant was empty and we had to sit near the toilet with the air conditioning blasting on us. The server was unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome. We had to get our own sauces from another table and our plates were taken away without asking. The overall service was terrible and the prices were high. I have had better service at McDonald's for a fraction of the price. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.
This is certainly not the typical reception I have had at this or any of the other restaurants in the chain. I would email the head office and let them know that this restaurant is letting the whole chain down.Give them another go.(I am not connected with this restaurant other than being a happy customer)
The food was ok , the service not so OK. Didn't feel so clean sitting on sticky chairs and tables. Certainly no fine dining but the name does state Ok , not amazing, so guess I was given what they say the do.
