This is certainly not the typical reception I have had at this or any of the other restaurants in the chain. I would email the head office and let them know that this restaurant is letting the whole chain down.Give them another go.(I am not connected with this restaurant other than being a happy customer)
The food was ok , the service not so OK. Didn't feel so clean sitting on sticky chairs and tables. Certainly no fine dining but the name does state Ok , not amazing, so guess I was given what they say the do.
This has to be the worst dining experience of my life, me and my partner went out for a nice evening meal only to be seated at a two seater table, when the diner was EMPTY! We politely asked to move and were told the other seats were being cleaned! We were sat opposite the toilet with air conditioning blaring down on us on a cold evening. We were greeted by a very grumpy, unhelpful server, whom gave us the attitude he didn't want us there. We were brought our food and the waiter promptly left without asking whether we wanted sauces etc so we had to get them ourselves off an empty table! They were taken off us minutes later for another table. We were left feeling awkward and unhappy, whilst waiting for our table to be cleared the hover was then turned on for minutes and we were hovered around! This restaurant is empty for a reason despicable service at top end prices, I have received x better service in McDonald's for a third of the price, avoid at all costs.
The food was decent, but the service was lacking. The seating area didn't feel very clean with sticky chairs and tables. It was an average dining experience, as indicated by the name which suggests it's just okay, not outstanding. I got what I expected based on their reputation.
This was definitely not the usual experience I've had at this restaurant or others in the chain. I will be contacting the corporate office via email to inform them that this particular restaurant is not up to the standards of the rest of the chain. One more chance. (I am not affiliated with this restaurant, just a satisfied customer)
