Unfortunately we arrived at le maelo to find it closed! A helpful man next door informed us that the owners were on holiday! Oh well…we then walked all the way... read more Unfortunately we arrived at le maelo to find it closed! A helpful man next door informed us that the owners were on holiday! Oh well…we then walked all the way to la plage beach restaurant/club and had a very pleasant lunch and much needed cold drinks!! We are both 72 and were very happy to take the 22 bus back to the Royal Palm Residence! Salud!!

And it's... read more Surprise in the industrial area. While jogging from the hotel to the beach, I saw a sign: Filet Mignon and immediately thought that could be something. And it's like this: The filet mignon was incredible, the sauce, the salad, the salad dressing and how the fries got like that must be magic. And the crème brûlée was perfect.
