I had a hogshead Caesar and it was good, hot wings were tasty and steamy hot as well.What we didn't like. The service was quite slow. It always seemed to take forever to get refills. Food seemed to take a while, but not too long. The issue was that one of our members meals came out 10 minutes after the rest of our food. On the positive side the late food was discounted for the inconvenience. Fish from fish and chips were chewy (fries were good). Mac & cheese was ok - it said 4 cheese but it was all white cheese. One of our party members ordered a beer and it came and it felt cool but not cold (when the weather is +25 out it should feel cold) - second beer was cold. The bartenders also seemed to drop quite a few glasses behind the bar (not an issue for us but could have been annoying had we been at the bar). We'll probably not be returning to this location in the future.

The server was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was fresh, hot, and hearty. It was the perfect way to kick off a long journey.
