It's a buffet but I like the way they serve it in small containers and portioned each order. You order through the ipad (I don't need to get out of my seat to get food . You can also choose bbq on top of the hotpot which is very interesting. You can choose your soup base or split the flavours. Worth revisiting again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Sichuan:
Sat there for a good 30 minutes without any food being brought to our table. Had to re-order multiple times to get our food, even after ordering with the iPad provided. They couldn't even get our re-orders right, bringing out half of what we asked for most of the time. When you're out in the burbs and feel like hotpot and have no desire to drive too far then this place will have you covered.
I've been a regular since 2015 and it took a while for the new owners to find their feet but when they did, oh my they've turned a simple hotpot place into a hotpot/BBQ/Dumpling bonanza! It's now better than its ever been before!! Did I mention it has also has a dessert bar? So if you can't decide between Korean BBQ, hotpot or dumplings why not have all three? This place cannot be beaten on value, price and variety!!! :D
I'm a regular customer here, not once this place has let me down great service such lovely staffs. Thank you for always looking after my family I every time we visit Keep it up guys!
My family and I are big eaters and these guys were impressed with the amount we ate haha. We really enjoyed our meal and the staff didn't mind our sense of humour. Definitely a place for a cold winters day. Hot soup and plenty of meat. : Thank you Anthony, for being an awesome host!
