Back to this shop after about 6 months. The staff that took my order today is very incompetent. I have to raise my voice and repeat many times and yet they still got my order wrong. Explicitly order a Jasmine milk tea with little sugar and a pearl milk tea with little sugar. Got two pearl milk teas. Fortunately the other staff change the topping.Here is why I said your staff is rude:1. Big attitude problem2. You don’t turn to your college and talk about customer in Vietnamese3. If I wanted two pearl milk tea I would have told you so. I wouldn’t have to spend time ordering Jasmine milk tea with coconut jelly and pearl milk tea.4. Sugar level can’t be cheated, people know when it’s little sugar or full sugar.

Service is good, quick and prompt.Downer is there is no seating or waiting chairs. You're forced to stand.If and when they open the chairs, I might reconsider changeling my reviews.

There was dirty pink rocks in the drinks , i took it back and they refused to change it or print my receipt again, they couldn’t speak english or even explain what was in the drink , i’ve asked for the complaint number , they could not provide the details as well
