What al cabildo doesn't like about Madam Frito 99 Wings Unlimited:
We didn't enjoy our time here, mejo galit pa si ate eh kami lng ung customer. Everytime na mag seserve naka simangot, we tried to ask for another one tpos dinabugan kami. naka dalawang plate lng kami ng wings kasi sobrang hilaw ung wings as in may dugo dugo pa.
