Give Cafe - Canggu

We ordered the curry and it was okay, but they just left out the tofu and tempeh like that. When we asked why, they said they didn’t have it anymore. They didn’t tell us before we ordered it. When the waiter left us, we could hear them laughing about it. We didn’t feel welcome here, so we left after just one dish. What I think is great, is that they use their profit for charity. Our experience wasn’t very good, but maybe another time it will be better.

I concur with the review that the ambiance is better than the food at this restaurant. The dishes were just average, with the bakso lacking flavor and the breakfast burger being overly salty and unappetizing in appearance.

Staff is so friendly, the ethics behind give cafe is incredible. “If you have more than you need get a longer table not a higher fence”. Food was delicious.

My partner and I do love the food here, however, in the 5 months they have NEVER EVER listened to the notes we write on GoJek?!?! Ironically this is the daughter restaurant to KYND which about 11 times better than KYND. Give do amazing work giving to animal charity’s, nevertheless, after that, they are done! They obviously couldn’t care less about their customers... Another reviewer points out below: They Don’t Listen As they are simply not interested in catering for their customers notes on GoJek. God help you if you have a nut allergy or something serious like that........ If you order from this restaurant you are dead!

Hands down best vegan local cuisine. I can highly recommend the nasi campur with satay and peanut sauce, it’s so tasty. The staff is super friendly and their mylkshakes are next level. If I could, I’d come here daily. Definitely a must-go for vegans and non vegans. The Give Cafe is a non profit restaurant which is absolutely amazing. All the profit is donated to different causes of which you can choose during ordering your meal which cause you want to support. LOVE IT!!!
