Contribute FeedbackOpen Kitchen has received mixed reviews lately. Some diners experienced a decline in food quality and service, with complaints ranging from overcooked burgers to tasteless dishes. On the other hand, those who had a positive experience praised the diverse menu, fresh ingredients, and quality wine selection. Friendly and attentive staff, along with tasty food presentations, also received compliments. Despite some minor issues like cold shrimp and forgotten condiments, the overall consensus is that Open Kitchen is a pleasant choice for a meal out, especially if one makes a reservation in advance.
Open Kitchen has a diverse menu that caters to a variety of tastes. What sets this restaurant apart is their use of fresh ingredients, resulting in exceptional food. Another highlight is their partnership with a wine distributor, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy quality wine at a great price without any corkage fee.
I made an online reservation for a birthday celebration, however, the server appeared to be inattentive, which was disappointing. A little personal training could help improve their level of service. I noticed that the prices of the food have increased significantly.
I really enjoy the food at Open Kitchen, and one of the things I like the most is that it is connected to the wine cellar, so you can get your wine at cost.
One of my favorite spots has gone downhill, the food quality has not gone up, the noise level with children screaming out of control and waiting for a table does not encourage us back.
