Gerry's Grill Sm Baliwag - Candaba

This restaurant provided the worst service for our Father's Day dining experience. After waiting in line for a long time, our main dish was not served promptly, and we were pressured to cancel it and make do with small portions of dinakdakan and pusit, despite being a group of five. I would give them a negative rating for their customer service. Despite numerous follow-ups, they did not attend to us promptly, even for something as basic as serving water. The staff members would smirk whenever we followed up. Additionally, their spicy chicken lacked spices and the breading was bland. I will not be returning to this branch for a meal again.

Don't eat here. Waited for 1 hour and when we followed up, the waiter didn't punch our order in. The worst service at SM Baliwag next to Pizza Hut.

Today, we ordered soup with beef, but the meat was undercooked. I ended up with an upset stomach for 1-2 hours. The service was decent, but the restaurant is always or sometimes crowded in this area.
