Ordered a 10 piece bucket, legs thighs, original recipe to go. Received 9 pieces, 1 original thigh, 2 extra crispy thighs and 6 extra crispy legs. Next visit we were only offered 4 original thighs. They are not replacing legs in original recipe.
I visited on Sunday afternoon, March 10, 2024, and used a coupon for the three chicken tenders meal. The parking situation was good, and the building was well-maintained. Inside, everything was clean and tidy, but I found the temperature a bit too cool for comfort. The staff was exceptionally friendly and suggested alternatives to the French fries for my side; I opted for the Mac and Cheese. My meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but unfortunately, the chicken tenders were overcooked—dry, stringy, and tough. The biscuit was also dry and hard. However, the Mac and Cheese stood out as a positive highlight—it was hot and flavorful. I can’t help but think that if I had visited during a busier time when everything was freshly cooked, my experience might have been better. Still, shouldn’t food be served hot and tender no matter when it is ordered? I've noticed that this location has just over a 3-star average on Google reviews, so perhaps the franchise owner should take notice. As for wheelchair accessibility, there are three spaces available in front of the restaurant.
I spent over 50 dollars at this location. While our experience with the staff was pleasant, they forgot to include honey and gravy for our mashed potatoes. These items are usually part of the dinner box order, but for some reason, they were not included here.
The manager was not very helpful. She claimed to speak Spanish, but that wasn’t the case, and she didn’t seem to care about the customers. When I requested a different order, she tried to pressure me into purchasing something else and wouldn’t listen to my concerns about my order. Furthermore, she charged me more than expected. I felt like I had no one to turn to for a complaint, as she insisted she was the general manager. This occurred on March 5, 2024, at 3 PM.
