Staff were all extremely friendly and there is a great restaurant and bar on level 1 which serves some great food! Indoor pool and spa as well on level 2 which the kids really enjoyed. There is a small gym there as well. Parking is an additional $27 for the 1 night we stayed. Overall very satisfied and would be back

The bathroom was spacious, and there was a generous supply of toiletries. The towels were large and fluffy, adding to the overall experience. The pool and spa are wonderful features, especially on a chilly day. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be even better if there were private bedrooms available. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're visiting Canberra.

First, Nora at the front desk, who was delightful, very friendly, and provided us with plenty of information. Second, the restaurant manager, Rahul, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience, provided us with coffee outside of regular hours, and even offered us takeaway fruit for our picnic. **Hotel:** While the hotel is a bit dated, we truly appreciated its warm ambiance. The parking situation is somewhat tight as well. The highlight of our stay was definitely the service. From the housekeeping staff to our breakfast servers, everyone was wonderful. Keep up the great work, Team Novotel! We will definitely be back!
