Absolutely atrocious. Waited for an online order for 40 minutes, delivery driver was given the wrong bag by the store (driver was great). Called and received le... read more Absolutely atrocious. Waited for an online order for 40 minutes, delivery driver was given the wrong bag by the store (driver was great). Called and received less than no help, was hung on, then when I called back and asked to speak to a manager I was told that was the manager (how professional). Blamed the driver, blamed the manager, blamed everyone else and instead of apologising for their error (pretty simple expectation) the only solution was being told to just ask for a refund then hung up on again. Would rather drive across town than rely on this team!

I’m lucky I live smack in the middle of 2 KFC stores , Nicholls and Gungahlin. Been going to KFC Nicholls more often now as I’ve found it to be really friendly... read more I’m lucky I live smack in the middle of 2 KFC stores , Nicholls and Gungahlin. Been going to KFC Nicholls more often now as I’ve found it to be really friendly service and faster . Normally go through the drive through but hot spicy was back so I ate in and got to say there was more seating than gungahlin and really enjoyed eating there friendly staff and atmosphere. Will make this my local from now on Meal type: Dinner
