Gelatissimo - Canberra

We celebrated Chinese New Year at Nudeby, enjoying delicious Chinese food at the Canberra Centre. I always make sure to order their pistachio ice cream, which comes in a crispy waffle cone. It's simply the best!

The restaurant offers a selection of standard sorbets, which are vegan and come in about five flavors. Occasionally, they also offer plant-based ice cream, but it seems to be a limited-time offering. I find it a bit inconsistent, so I never know what to expect when I visit. It would be great if they could have at least one or two regular ice cream flavors available, as I am not a huge fan of sorbet.

My family really enjoys the vegan gelato options at this restaurant. The vegan flavors are delicious.
