A recent visit to Cafe D'lish in Deakin left some customers disappointed with the service and coffee quality, despite the barista's talent. However, others have found it to be a hidden gem with warm service and delicious sandwich options. The cafe also offers a variety of baked goods and fresh juices, all made in-house. While prices may be a bit higher than other cafes in town, the overall experience and friendly staff make it worth a visit for those looking for a relaxed and tasty meal option.

Was Matthew I at Cafe D'Lish a mag?
This is a wonderful, unpretentious sandwich shop with a difference. The service is warm and as though your own mum was making you lunch. The range is terrific and the sandwich combinations are both delicious and unique. The coffee is good. The vanilla slice is divine. One of my favourite lunch venues in Canberra. View all feedback.
What Ferne Volkman dislikes about Cafe D'Lish:
I'm here for lunch a few times, as it's close to my work. great variety and friendly service. when I recently visited, I only ordered a sandwich to lunch. only when I returned to my office to sit down, I had a good look at it. for what they get, it's really not worth it. a roll, with a few ingredients, and some slices of pork that she could have bought easily in a super market. I think this will be my last visit. View all feedback.
Sandwich shop = yes! If you like full bodied strong bitter coffee this place has better coffee than the more popular double shot (depending on your coffee tastes) sausage rolls are out of this world.
Absolutely devastated with our choice. photos and menu looked great, but, turned out to be a great disappointment. the prices were very unclear and were calculated for two simple sandwiches and a smoothie. smoothie was full. the food was nice, but a little sandwich that was past in a few bites. Take a little appetit and a big wallet when you go.
Nothing flashy! eier on teller with toast next to him and super hard butter. coffee was good.Staff were friendly and it seemed to be a family-run caffe.
