The restaurant serves generous portions. I ordered the meat lovers dish which was incredibly delicious. The portion was large enough that I was barely able to finish it. The fries were also excellent, being crispy and crunchy. The staff was friendly and well-organized. View all feedback.
What Lawrence Emard doesn't like about Ali Baba:
I ordered a beef kebab which was delicious and came with fries and a drink. The kebab was very filling and I didn't even need the fries. I wasn't a fan of the crowded food court with over 20 outlets, but that's just my personal preference. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, this place could be a good choice for you. Whenever we are at the Canberra Centre for lunch and feel like a Dona Kebab, we drive directly to Ali Baba. Always taste and reasonable price.
The Beetroot Dip was fizzy on the tongue, which was not a pleasant experience. When I informed the staff about it, they did not believe me and did not offer a refund. I am now worried about getting sick from the food. This is not acceptable.
