This is a really nice hotel at a great location with excellent service and eating was about what we expected. the breakfast was fantastic, the cake buffet of 3-... read more This is a really nice hotel at a great location with excellent service and eating was about what we expected. the breakfast was fantastic, the cake buffet of 3-5 watches was really nice and the 4 course dinners were amazing. the room for ski and boots was very practical and the best I saw. the staff were all very friendly and serviceminded, and the spa with the different saunas was also great. the hotel is very clean and beautiful. much nicer than it looks on the pictures even. some smaller things: the rooms were not so well isolated. we could hear almost everything our neighbours said in their room, and we woke up when their alarm broke out in the morning, not so practical. the breakfast is served in advance, from 07.30 this is a scandal as the lifts are open at 08.30, which makes it a bit stressful if they like us to meet the pists among the first. if the breakfast was open at 07.00 clock, we could have had 30 minutes more fun at the amazing breakfast. we had many failures on the bill of dinner. with more than one occation, we have accused more bottles of water than we had ordered. if the water is 4 € each, it was a bit annoying. keep the look of what they order.

For a few years now, we 've been spending ski holidays or quick 2-3 days at this magnificent hotel, in true slipper style, relaxing to the max. New rooms with a modern and linear design, incredibly beautiful, spotlessly clean, as are ALL the hotel 's areas. The atmosphere is elegant and familiar, with fresh flowers every day, tended by the owner, making every space even more welcoming. Excellent food, whether for breakfast, snacks, or dinner. TOP!
