Was so happy to order a tofu court where the tofu was not fried! also the chana masala was good. vegan items are not marked on the menu, but the waiter knew completely what was possible.

I wish there were more places to eat in canandaigua. flavours is beautiful. they have a daily (M->F) buffet and there are always good choices for vegans. if in doubt, they simply ask the personal and they will be very helpful. chana masala, rice and a few other dishes I can not call, plus salat and several chutneys. they are automatically naan (made from yogurt and decorated in butter) but if they ask for a vegan brot, they can bring them roti or something else. beautiful place on a side street (35 lafayette street) between the planned parentage and the local army recruits. hmmm.
