Pizza Hut - Canal Fulton

I had pizza hut for my school lunch recently and I discovered that the pizza is poorly made, had no cheese and tasted different from the last time my school had pizza hut pizza. It also had some burnt patches on the pizza and it was disgusting. I don't recommend this pizza hut.

They deliver with doordash which has been nothing but problems for us. After multiple calls to pizza hut and sitting on hold my husband drove to pizza to discuss our lost. He sat there for over an hour waiting for a remake! Never again!!

I really dislike complaining but I placed an order yesterday for pick-up, a dinner box and extra boneless wings. There was next to no sauce on either of the wing orders. For one of the pizzas I had ordered pepperoni and sausage. There was no sausage on the pizza. I tried calling the store but was sent to a customer service line. On top of the fact that none of them could speak english very well they kept putting me on hold and sending my call to someone else. By the time I finally got to talk to someone she said she would submit my feedback to corporate. REALLY?!?! I would have at least like to have gotten my money back for the sausage. Completely unacceptable. Never again

We have ordered from this location a few times but this is officially the last time. The breadsticks are always old and reheated, the dough is at minimum one day past its allowable use and should have been thrown out, the toppings/order is always wrong. The service is mediocre at best and the food quality is atrocious.

Best service I've had in a long long time from most food vendors. Thanks for being great.
