This restaurant is a fantastic spot for Chole Bhature! I visited at 10am and was impressed by the excellent food and service. The authentic Indian cuisine offered here is truly exceptional.

Wow! If you want to be treated poorly like a third-class citizen in India, then this is the place for you. The customer service is the worst; they completely ignore you! Four girls are busy around the cashier acting like idiots, none of them will even take your order. It's clear that they only stay in business because of the growing immigrant population. If you want good food and to be treated like a decent human being, then go somewhere else!

The food quality is mediocre. The cash counter lacks organization, with phone orders taking precedence over in-person transactions. Prices are not displayed, leading to confusion and inconsistency in pricing for sweets. Different quotes are given by staff, but the counter girl ultimately charges a higher price. Receipts lack detailed information about purchases, simply listing "Sweets" with varying prices chosen by the staff. There is a lack of transparency in the payment process.

Writing this a few months late as I got busy and ended up forgetting about it. So a few months back me and my family went to try out this place for the first time. There was a kid sitting at the booth behind us and kept kicking the seat repeatedly, and I asked one of the servers working there to kindly ask them to stop as we were not being able to enjoy our dinner in peace. The server refuses to help, saying she can’t do anything about it. I understand this kind of behaviour must normal in India but this is not India, it’s Canada, people should raise their kids better and restaurants should accommodate in situations like these as it reflects on your business how you handle matters such as these.

Worst servers ever. They don’t know how to talk to people. PBN should train them properly. No doubt food is really great. But if people can’t get the right service then I don’t think it’s good.
