Untrustworthy waitstaff! Be sure to keep a close eye on your bill! I've encountered issues with charges being added to my tab on two separate occasions. Just last night, things got particularly suspicious when I pointed out that the waitress had included items we didn’t order. Untrustworthy waitstaff! Be sure to keep a close eye on your bill! I've encountered issues with charges being added to my tab on two separate occasions. Just last night, things got particularly suspicious when I pointed out that the waitress had included items we didn’t order. She recalculated everything using a calculator, didn’t provide a new bill, and instead typed in an even higher amount on the debit machine. Another couple we were with didn’t see their original bill and the waitress tried to hand them the debit machine with an inflated amount pre-entered. When my friend requested to see their bill, it was incorrect, and the waitress became defensive before finally inputting the correct numbers. She showed no remorse for her mistakes and instead had an attitude.
Excellent food and service—one of the friendliest pubs in Medicine Hat!
