I'm not sure how or why these employees show up every day. This location is extremely busy and understaffed. I m there every day and see the staff pressing on, despite dealing grumpy truckers and busy business . On the flip side, I personally love to watch a inpatient commuter wait 9mins for a coffee. There was only one employee behind the counter and he did great, servicing a short line graciously, confidently and with clever wit. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Half of the time, the drive-thru is closed due to not having enough staff. I have to drive 15 minutes to get my coffee while my son naps in the car, so if it's closed, I'm out of luck. The staff that is there works quickly and kindly, but the management is really dropping the ball at this location. Food quality: 2 stars, Service: 3 stars
