The food at this restaurant is quite delicious and the customer service is usually excellent.
The service at this newly opened restaurant is good, with a wait time of approximately 12 minutes. The prices are reasonable.
My wife and child were hungry (I was not), so we decided to grab some food at this restaurant. After an hour, my wife and child ended up with food poisoning, but luckily I didn't eat anything. The food appeared to be appetizing, but I am thankful that I didn't have any.
I had only been to Fatburger once before this visit. My husband and I decided to take a drive from Edmonton to Camrose and ended up at Fatburger because my husband loves burgers. The restaurant was well-designed and very clean, especially the bathrooms, which I appreciate. The menu had a lot of options to choose from. I ordered a Baby Fatburger with cheese and an iced vanilla latte, while my husband got a double burger and an oreo shake. Our drinks were quickly served and brought to our table. The vanilla latte was delicious and so was the oreo shake, thick and creamy. The burgers were hot and juicy, although I would skip the relish next time since I'm not a fan of it. Overall, for a fast food burger joint, it was a good experience.
Fatburger I have always enjoyed, but the Camrose location has been more negative than how Fatburger normally is. Everytime I have gotten some food poisoning from the burgers, same with my son. Then lately as of 2016 JAN 31 I see they are using a common jug for the customer drinking water by the soda machine. Seriously? That is unsanitary, and a health code violation. I know this from working in fast food restaurants. I hope the management or regional see this and remedy it. I posted a photo as well for everyone's reference so they know I am not lying.
