I visited on a day they had a private function with the whole rear parking area full of people. With the large number of added customers the service was still fast and efficient. The bar staff still able to adapt the no tab ruling of the day to accommodate people not likely to flee the scene without settling and even checking on the tables to offer rounds. We had a very disappointing experience at the Springbok Blues bar and I am still waiting to hear back from the owner regarding our experience. In short the 2 Eisbein’s that we ordered were undercooked to the point where blood was still coming out of the meat. Clearly they were not boiled first before being deep fried.
