What Fern D doesn't like about Sea Palace Chinese:
First off, I've never appreciated reviews more — they were so helpful — especially the one from Charne. Fried Bao was SO good, as was the cucumber salad and beef soup noodles. Soup noodle portion is huge so learnt a lesson there. Watching the owner handmake the bao and dumplings was a treat. On that note, I don't think she's rude at all, she greeted us courteously. I think she's just efficient and doesn't waste time... View all feedback.
I have never been treated with such rudeness and paid for it! Food was mediocre at best. A friendly smile costs nothing!

We had dinner at Jacky's tonight. Without a doubt the best Chinese buffet in Cape Town. But not quite a buffet as they can no longer have all the dishes out on display due to the silly government rules for lockdown. They deserve five stars for the food.
