What Chris doesn't like about Kfc Promenade Mall:
3rd time ordering from this branch on Uber and never receiving my order. Only happens with this branch has never happened with any other shops. Last time they closed early with loadshedding. Tonight loadshedding again, ordered to have the delivery and everything ready before the power goes off. No dinner and kfc closed before the delivery driver got there. Who actually ate my food i don't know, because it was done and made by the time the power went off. Never ordering from this branch again.
Stunning, clean and excellent service. Exactly what you'd expect in that area.
Has someone forgotten to turn on the online ordering setting at this store or do they just not offer collections anymore? Haven't been able to order online and collect for months.
They aren't open because they havnt cooked the food yet? How and why is this an excuse?
Worst KFC I have ever experienced. Gravy bitter because pieces of burn inside. No spoons supplied for mash and gravy. Chicken pieces undercooked, still ****. Threw order away.
Fresh and nice. Advertising needs attention. It says Boxmaster Wrap Meal. When I ordered, I was advised that they don't serve that.
