I'm extremely disappointed with the poor service. Or even the lack thereof. Firstly, the window to place an order was open, but no person in sight to place an order with. At the window where you pay, the lady was unfriendly, and when asked about the price of a certain meal, she couldn't tell me. Then she left to go check, and after some shouting and chit-chat, she still couldn't give me the price. This was the second time in a month I order nuggets from this KFC and every time they gave me spicy nuggets. I litterely don't even use the word “spicy” in any of my orders as I don't eat spicy food. How they get it wront each time, I don't know. With me only eating the food when I get home it's wat to much effort to drive back each time and swap it. So I rather just leave it. Efficient service and food quality. I had to use the restroom but there was an awful smell hanging in there that spoilt my appetite.

Food was great and the manager Ernestine is so polite and made the overall experience a breeze. Great food and service. Keep it up.

There was no flake available for the cones I bought and there was no cone holders as I bought 3 plus my lunch.. But thank you for the female counter staff member who offered to help me carry my order to my vehicle.. Just wish I got her name but she got my golden star
