The food was fine, the service was fine. You know what you're going to get at KFC — that's the point of any franchise. The location on the corner of Strand and Long Street lends itself to convenient access, especially at the end of a night clubbing. View all feedback.

Bad service ever. Stupid people working there, they are all good for nothing. I can't even explain how poor your service is in that long street. they all deserve to be fired, from the manager down. View all feedback.
I ordered a simple streetwise 2 with chips. Unfortunately I was told by the cashier there was no tomato sauce.
The ladies gave such a great service and did wholeheartedly.
To much traffic and chicken are not so well cooked.
Ordered on the KFC app for collection. Checked in 10min before arrival but still had to wait another 20min when I got there.
Speedy and effective service from most staff. I appreciate them a lot especially for us lunch hour crowds
