Travelled from Southern Suburbs in an Uber, just to get told we cannot come in due to a private function starting soon. Got told to come back in 2 and a half hours time! Was super upset. Please inform customers about this. Ended up getting an Uber back to the Southerns and went to Gogi.

I personally love this place, there are so many little touches that bring a more authentic vibe to the place, like the sake bottles on display, the arcade games, the food/drinks and more, which are all things you'd be able to find in some Japanese restaurants or ramen shops. I'm a huge fan of ramen, and always try it where I can find it, this ramen however has definitely been my favorite! Honestly, this place has gone to hell. Wow. Went there Saturday, 31st October 2020. Yeah maybe 3 years ago this place was “cool”. We got served raw and cold pork dumplings. Showed the manager. The manage came and told me… “did you know they eat raw pork on Italy”. Right before I was about to physically attack him, my friend told me to calm down. They did not replace the dumplings, and charged it to our bill. What a hellhole it has become. That manager/owner should honestly go drink and drive.
