Bao Down - Camps Bay iNingizimu Afrika

Absolutely amazing food. Would 10/10 recommend. We hadn’t booked but they were able to seat us on the balcony which was ideal. The Pork Belly, Crispy Chicken and Prawn Toast baos were delicious. All the staff were amazing, particularly our waiter Voio (excuse my spelling)

We had such a great meal! I didn’t realize my love for Bao buns until we came here! Food is about the normal price for Cape Town standards but 10x tastier, which says how great it is! Service was friendly, drinks pretty well priced and decor is super cute! This will be one of my local go to restaurants!

I was blown away by the interior at Bao Down, lovely atmosphere and the food is honestly next level. You cannot beat their prawn toast or egg fried rice!

Food is very tasty, tapas style. Menu is small but everything is top notch quality. Great place for special occasions.

Really good food…. Wish the menu could be better self explanatory but the service and the ambiance was really good!!! I do recommend this place!
