A quaint little Italian place, only open for lunch, although I’ve only had the gnocchi it’s really difficult to have anything else as my mother insists it is the best she has ever had! And I’m not complaining it’s the softest most delicious thing I’ve tasted, your can choose between the Napoletana or the 4 cheese, they are both amazing! View all feedback.
Very nice little restaurant open for lunch Monday to Friday in the Upper Eastside complex
We've been wanting to go to Al Dente for a while and we were quite impressed. The service was good with friendly staff. We had the Chicken Marsala pasta, which was very tasty. We didn't have wine, but from what I could tell, they had a few very good wines on the menu. Apparently they are very busy during lunch time, so do book if you are planning to go there during the day.
Quite tricky to find this restaurant, but worth getting lost a bit! You can access them via the underground parking of the hotel or via the hotel foyer. What a treat! Al Dente is a family owned Italian restaurant, where they make everything by hand and using good ingredients. You can taste it! This unassuming restaurant in a weird location rates as some of the best pasta I have ever eaten. We had Linguine with Prawns and Gnocchi Napoletana Funghi. You can also order take home meals... I'm going to do just that!
Best Italian food ever made by Italians for lovers of Italian food. Very hard to beat and almost spoilt my experience at every other Italian restaurant. Sadly it is now closed.
Freshest ingredients, food made to order, friendly Erica in the front line taking your orders and surgical Mama in the back office preparing the tasty dishes...<br/ Menu is simple but comprehensive. Now then, an interesting special of the day crops up. <br/ Really nice food superb service. <br/ When you mostly hear Italian in an Italian restaurant, thats a good rule-of-thumb that the quality meets the 'experts ' palates. <br/ <br/ Grazie mille a Al Dente. Forza la pasta
