I ordered two sandwiches, but they were made incorrectly—the bread was swapped. My sandwich had the bread meant for my husband’s sandwich and the other way around. This was for a 6:35 PM pickup on a Sunday evening.

I stopped by for a sandwich on Saturday around noon, and it was fantastic! They also accepted my coupon from Chula Vista. Since there are only a few places to eat in Campo, it can get busy, which sometimes leads to longer wait times—not the staff's fault. However, by 8:00 PM, they usually run out of all bread options except flatbread, which seems to be a management issue rather than an employee problem. It would be better to prepare more bread to avoid disappointing customers, even if it means having leftovers. This shortage happens frequently. Additionally, I will never order online again. I placed an online order, but the store called to inform me they only had flatbread, so I canceled over the phone. The employee assured me the cancellation was processed and my card would be refunded, but I never received the refund.

I don’t understand why t... read more The Subway on Campo Rd is the worst. The sandwiches are nearly empty with very little filling, so I wouldn’t recommend ordering online. I don’t understand why their prices are so low. Even when we requested double veggies, the woman preparing the sandwich added less than usual. It’s mostly the short lady working there who makes these poor-quality sandwiches. I wish Subway would hire more than one person, as service is really slow during busy times. I suggest going to Jersey Mike’s instead.
