However, the customer service could use some improvement, especially since it's a rural shop and we, as city folks, tend to expect a bit more courtesy. It's important to remember that we are the customers, and we're doing you a favor, not the other way around. Being friendly and providing helpful responses to questions, even to strangers, goes a long way. Other than that, I would give the products four stars!
