Nice home made pies. Customer service a little iffy because it is a Rural shop and us townies expect a little more civility. Remember WE are the customers and doing YOU a favour not the other way around. Being helpful and the occasional Civil response on a question is OK, even to strangers. Other than that 4 stars for the Products. View all feedback.
The homemade pies are delightful. However, the customer service could use some improvement, especially since it's a rural shop and we, as city folks, tend to expect a bit more courtesy. It's important to remember that we are the customers, and we're doing you a favor, not the other way around. Being friendly and providing helpful responses to questions, even to strangers, goes a long way. Other than that, I would give the products four stars!
The pies are absolutely delicious, and the cakes are visually stunning. Plus, they don’t charge for sauce—it’s complimentary and available right on the table. You don’t see that very often anymore!
