The beach is stunning, with beautiful sand a... read more I tried the chicken sandwich, which featured a thick chicken breast on a soft, fresh Sheboygan hard roll—delicious! The beach is stunning, with beautiful sand and well-maintained palm trees spread throughout the property. I truly didn't want to leave, especially when the free beach music started playing. The DJ was fantastic, igniting the crowd to dance in the water and on the shore. I've heard they host some great live bands on Friday and Saturday nights, too. I even had the chance to meet the owner, who not only provided her name but also shared a bit of her personal journey. It was clear right from the start that she's a genuinely nice, hardworking, and fun person. A huge thank you to Tiki Beach for giving me unforgettable summer memories at the lake. I can't wait to see what events and experiences they have in store for next summer!

I had made last Sunday reservations for a cabin, stay thru Tuesday morning, I was really excited to stay there for a little cursed, like I was looking for my mother who now lives with me and has dementia, I got carers every other week that came and looking for her, so I can get a little break and relax, good the weather last week in this rainy crowd that was not good we see that she reserved a cabin, I said no I called and canceled the day before, she said well, we close the bar and restaurant now anyway because of weather, she said the owner would be back on Monday and would give me a call because the bartender does not have reservations, I thought ok, I would be happy to hear from her, ?today is thundersday and still call it nothing else I called again Monday this week to leave another message and still I am ignored how unprofessional. bad customer support, I was in sales and hospitality for most of my career and if I ever ignored a customer or a guest who would be absolutely unacceptable. there is something very wrong? here, I guess they don't want my business, and I'm not worth it for them.. I understand that I'm short served, but management or who does the reservations should have called my and emails returned now. ignoring a guest/guest is just so rude.

I lik... read more We spent two nights in one of the cabins and it was such a great experience. the cabins are very comfortable ac works super and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the cabin area was roped and we had a simple access to the beach area. the personal was so funny and friendly. we felt very welcome. how many places at the moment felt that the place was somewhat underoccupied, but it did not affect my experience that everyone was attentive, had to wait a little longer for drinks at peak times. some of the communal areas looked like they needed some care and the bathroom could have been cleaner. the showers are well maintained and very beautiful. we want to come back.

It was severely understaffed, with a twenty-minute wait just for drinks, and even longer for food. There were no bathrooms available, and the facilities were not well-maintained at all. The beach was unimpressive; at just four feet, the ground turns to muck. This place has potential if it were managed better, but I wouldn't return. It feels like they are relying on their past reputation. There are many better options for a beach day within ten minutes of here.
