I so enjoy this cafe. Always busy and never disappointing. Best Chai Latte ever and they have Cinnamon toast, yum. A great place to get started for the day and just an all round good cafe to meet friends View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hello Cafe:
Used to be a frequent visitor, haven't been for quite awhile. Sat down on a quiet Saturday mornings around 10am and waited 20 mins for service. Waited and waited and waited....in that time we saw multiple people ask for refunds on incorrect orders, people arriving after us having the same issue, people who were there before us not even be offered menus....complete disaster basically. Terrible unorganised service by staff who are treated terribly by the chef Under pressure and can’t do anything right
With a Portugese flavoured menu the Hello is a bit if an institution. My favourite is the Portugese Chicken Wrap Say hello to Barney the owner the nicest guy you could hope to meet
Good food great value. Nice Gluten fre options and great coffee friendly and helpful service. we go there on a regular basis
What we thought was a simple order a salad wrap. Was wrong ! ! We were pretty explicit with what we wanted. They would not redo the order so hence the review over 20 for inedible garbage
I live close by, and the cafe staff are always friendly and attentive but in the 6 times I’ve come in to order, only once have I received the actual food I requested. Today being the last after ordering a big breakfast roll, only to be overcharged and served an egg and bacon roll. Sad to say, but I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon.
