Ins... read more I had a really disappointing experience with the service. I arrived at 4:47 PM and waited until 5:20 PM without anyone informing me that my order was ready. Instead, the staff seemed more interested in joking around than attending to customers. I can't believe the level of service they provide; it's unacceptable.

They didn’t start until I got there. Took another 30 min for a small order of wings ,they were helping other people. I understand Spanish, so they weren’t aware I knew what they were talking about. Lots of employers that don’t help customers or care to answer questions. Had 5 customers been helped before my order. Then It was ready and they didn’t came my name. Never again. Will drive more to another location

In the past when I ordered from them, the lemon pepper wings were literally doused in so much seasoning, it was so salty, peppery and lemony I couldn't even eat them. I've also ordered hickory barbecue wings and on several occasions my wings are literally swimming in barbecue sauce. So much sauce that it looks like I ordered barbecue sauce soup. I've never
