I remember time when I was young teen. And came here with my family when it was in San Thomas Aqu. Was blown away after eating Jjajangmyun. Hot sour soup not good most off putting part: small shrimp pieces in the soup. Tasted fishy and rubbery.Hunan beef. sauce should be sweet and spicy the key is adding real vanilla extract when cooking the sauce. The sauce was lacking that sweet taste and that heat from the chili. Also sauce was thin and watery.
